Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Disability access
The practice is laid out over one level and offers step-free access to all of our consultation rooms, including the reception and disabled WC, direct from our car park. A designated disabled parking bay with a ramp is adjacent to the surgery entrance. The surgery has wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
The surgery has two wheelchairs for patient use if necessary.
A hearing loop is available at the reception desk. Information is available in large print or braille on request.
The patient call board alerts patients to their appointment room with both a visual alert on-screen, a chime tone and spoken details including the patient’s name, clinician’s name and room number to attend.
A quiet area will be made available if required on request. Please speak to a staff member at the reception desk for any further information.
