The Practice is laid out over one level and offers step-free access to all of our consultation rooms, including the reception and disabled WC, direct from our car park. A designated disabled parking bay with a ramp is adjacent to the surgery entrance. The surgery has wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.

The surgery has two wheelchairs for patient use if necessary.

A hearing loop is available at the reception desk. Information is available in large print or braille on request.

The patient call board alerts patients to their appointment room with both a visual alert on-screen, a chime tone and spoken details including the patient’s name, clinician’s name and room number to attend.

A quiet area will be made available if required on request. Please speak to a staff member at the reception desk for any further information.
