Patient rights and responsibilities

You have the right to necessary medical attention 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If the surgery is closed, please call 111. In an emergency, dial 999 and ask for the ambulance service.

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way.

It is your responsibility as a patient to keep or cancel appointments, inform us of your past illnesses, medication, hospital admissions and any other relevant details.

A Patient Agreement Policy is part of the registration pack and will require a signature to say you agree with our Zero Tolerance and DNA (Did Not Attend) Policies before you can be registered with the Practice.
