Marie Elms – Practice Nurse – Appointments available for Diabetic Reviews, Asthma Reviews (Adults only), family planning and Smears.

Wednesday

Julie Swain – Nurse Practitioner – Appointments available for Family Planning, Bloods, BP checks, and Smears.
