NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme

The surgery are taking part in the Healthier You: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme which offers patients at risk of diabetes the chance to attend a programme aimed at reducing the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.

Identified patients will be invited to attend the programme by ICS Health and Wellbeing who will enclose information on the programme and an opportunity to book a place.
