Some examinations, vaccinations and the provision of some certificates, letters and prescriptions do not come under the range of services provided by the NHS. These include but are not limited to fitness to travel certificates, holiday cancellation forms, insurance forms, medical reports, passport signing, private prescriptions, private sick notes, and some vaccination services.
