Patient Participation Group

To all our patients,

The practice has started a Patient Participation Group (PPG),

The overall aim of us creating this group is to develop a positive and constructive relationship between our patients, the practice and the community it serves, ensuring the practice remains open and responsive to all its patient’s needs.

Here your opinions and thoughts can be heard and supported by your local practice group!

So what can we do for you?

Our practice objectives for the PP scheme

  • To develop a structure that gains the views of patients and enables the practice to obtain feedback from our patients
  • To gather feedback regarding our customer service
  • Supporting growth in our list size
  • Listening to our patients and using some of their knowledge
  • Raising awareness of what services we offer
  • Raising awareness of admission avoidance schemes i.e A&E / the walk in
